VIC-2 represents COSNet participants at Monash University and Swinburne University of Technology (and, potentially, other Victorian participants). It is also the Victorian node of the ARC Centre for Complex Systems (ACCS) and makes an inkind contribution to COSNet in publishing the e-journal Complexity International, and developing the online Virtual Laboratory (VLAB), both with COSNet financial support. VLAB provides online demonstrations (usually java applets) that illustrate both recent research results and basic principles. These online facilities have been accessed from over 40 countries.
