COSNet is open to anyone who wishes to be linked in to complex systems research in Australia. The International Node was started by the two international Founding Participants in COSNet, Robert MacKay (University of Warwick, UK) and Celso Grebogi (then at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, now at Aberdeen, UK).
