From COSNet

This Wiki is designed as a forum for COSNet Participants, so if you wish to contribute to the Wiki, please first join COSNet. The Wiki is set so users must log in before they can edit articles or contribute to discussions.

As part of the registration process with COSNet, you will have filled in an Online Profile form, which will create a COSNet Profile page for you. The URL for this page will be of the form http://complexsystems.net.au/index.php?page=profiles&profile=n, where n is an integer. The number n in the URL of your profile is used to create a Wiki Username of the form <Surname>n, where <Surname> is your last name/family name (first letter capitalized).

Please contact the COSNet Manager to request a Wiki account with a temporary password, which will be emailed to you. Then, please change your password and give a brief introduction of yourself in your Wiki user page (found, after logging in, by clicking on your Username link at the top of each page).

[The following instructions cannot be followed because self-creation has been disabled due to abuse by spammers. It may be possible to reinstate this facility in a later version of the Wiki:

New users can register in the Wiki by clicking on the log in / create account button in the upper right of any page in the COSNet Wiki, or the Login menu item in the navigation bar, and following the instructions on the resulting Log in / create account page. But wait, please read on before you do this.
